TERMS & CONDITIONS

What we do, what we ask of you, and where you stand.

The full terms in plain English — how a build works, what's expected on both sides, how payment and cancellation work, and what happens to your data.

Last updated: September 2026

This page sets out our standard terms in plain English, reflecting our actual pricing, process and policies. As with any terms of service, it should be reviewed by a solicitor before being relied on as a binding legal agreement with a client.

1Scope of this agreement

These terms apply to every tool Cascora builds, hosts and supports for a client — whether ordered on its own or as part of a multi-tool project. They sit alongside the specific quote or project map we agree with you, which sets out which tool(s) you're ordering, your setup fee, and your monthly management fee.

By paying your setup deposit, you accept these terms for that project.

2What we provide

For each tool you order, we provide:

3How we build your tool

Every build follows the same three stages:

Indicative build timeframes are shown on each tool's page. Actual timing depends on scope, how many systems are being connected, and how quickly we receive what we need from you (see below).

4What we need from you

To keep your build on track, we ask that you:

5What you can expect from us

6Fees & payment

Our standard pricing (full breakdown and a calculator at cascora.uk/pricing):

Prices shown are correct at the time of writing and exclude VAT where applicable. We'll always confirm exact figures in your project map before you commit to anything.

7Minimum term & cancellation

Each tool carries a 6-month minimum term, running from its go-live date. This reflects the real cost of building and configuring a tool around your business — the setup fee covers build cost, not ongoing hosting and support.

After the initial 6 months, your subscription continues on a rolling monthly basis. You can cancel at any time after that with 30 days' written notice.

If you cancel before the end of your minimum term, the remaining months of your minimum term become immediately payable — see Section 8 for how this applies if payment stops instead of being formally cancelled.

8Late payment & default

If a payment is missed, we'll always contact you before anything happens to your tool — nothing gets switched off without warning. If the issue isn't resolved within a reasonable period after we've been in touch, we may pause your tool until the account is brought up to date.

If you're still within your 6-month minimum term when your subscription is paused or cancelled for non-payment, the remaining fees for that minimum term remain due. Your data remains yours throughout, and we'll always help you export it.

9Data, security & ownership

Your data is always yours. Cascora tools connect to systems you already control wherever possible, rather than copying everything into a separate silo. Where a tool needs to store data itself, it's held on secure, reputable cloud infrastructure.

As the business using the tool, you remain the data controller for any personal data processed; Cascora acts as your data processor. We'll always help you find, export or delete personal data to meet a request, and we'll help you export your data in full if you leave.

10Intellectual property

The underlying tool template, platform and code are Cascora's intellectual property. You're licensed to use your configured tool for as long as your subscription is active — this isn't a sale of software, it's an ongoing service, much like any subscription product.

Your own content — branding, catalogue, client data, and anything else you put into the tool — remains entirely yours.

11Confidentiality

We treat anything you share with us to build and run your tool — pricing, client information, internal processes — as confidential, and only use it to deliver and support your tool.

12Liability

We'll take reasonable care to keep your tool running and your data secure. As with any hosted software service, we can't guarantee uninterrupted uptime, and our liability for any issue is limited to a reasonable level tied to the fees you've paid — the specific figures and exclusions will be set out in your signed agreement, not this general page.

13Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time — for example, as our pricing or process evolves. We'll always tell existing clients about any change that materially affects them before it takes effect.

14Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
