The challenge
Footprint Group is a full-service marketing agency juggling dozens of clients, projects and suppliers at once. Like a lot of growing businesses, the systems that got them started hadn't kept up. Quotes were built by hand in word processors and rarely looked consistent. Live jobs were tracked across a patchwork of spreadsheets that only one or two people fully understood. Client work, approvals and internal information lived in email threads and shared drives — findable, just about, if you knew where to look.
None of it was broken, exactly. But it was slow, it was fragile, and it depended too heavily on individual memory. Every new hire took weeks to get up to speed, and every quote or report took longer than it should. The team knew off-the-shelf software wouldn't fit the way they worked — and a custom build from a development agency was both too expensive and too slow to justify.

What we mapped
Rather than trying to fix everything at once, Cascora started by mapping where the time was actually going. The biggest, most universal pain was quoting — slow, inconsistent, and disconnected from everything that happened after a quote was accepted. That became the first tool. From there, the map extended to the other places work was leaking: tracking jobs through the studio, giving the team one place to find things, and giving clients a tidy branded space of their own.
Crucially, each tool was configured to connect to the platforms the agency already relied on for figures and client records — so the new tools added order without forcing the team to abandon what already worked.

Each was built on the same reliable foundation, configured to the agency's branding and workflow, and connected to their existing systems — then handed over with training and ongoing support. Interfaces shown use dummy data and fictional companies — not the agency's real screens or figures.
